GrowArt™ is a hydroponic seed-art kit that turns planting into a craft project — and the finished project into food. Punch out a stencil, plant red amaranth seeds inside the shape, fill in the background with basil, mist it, and wait. In one to two weeks, your stenciled design grows in live, color-contrasted microgreens: deep red amaranth against bright green basil. Snip it, rinse it, and eat it on a salad, sandwich, or pizza.

Q: Is that white fuzz on my growing pad mold? A: Usually not. Fine white strands are typically root hairs, which are harmless and normal. Mold looks more like a web-like, patchy growth. If you're ever unsure, don't harvest — start a fresh round instead.
Q: How much water does GrowArt need? A: Keep the pad consistently damp, never soaked. After the initial one-and-a-half-bottle soak, mist daily (or pour a little water into one corner) once the tray is in light. Overwatering is the most common cause of mold.
Q: Can I plant my own design instead of using the stencils? A: Yes — that's round 3. Skip the stencil entirely and freehand your design directly onto the pad: initials, a heart, stripes, or anything else.
